The F Zeen Group are looking to add an Executive Financial Officer someone to our finance department based in Athens. We are looking for someone that looks at this as a long-term career. The role will report directly to management.
The roles this job would include are:
- Supervising the finance team.
- Taking part in the reporting process, such as P&L, CC and projects of the Group.
- An active role in setting the Group budget and looking at various financial performance metrics
- Involved in monthly meetings with management and the finance team to discuss performance
- Involved in monthly meeting with other departments to ensure targets are accurate and being met
- Developing new reports as and when needed
- Data input to the accounting system.
What skills and attributes we are looking for:
- Accounting qualification
- At least 10 years experience in relevant work areas, an experience in Hotel & Tourism industry will be an asset
- Demonstratable experience of the ability to manage a team
- Good understanding of Excel and ERP Systems
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, critical mind and strong orientation
- Flexible, team work spirit and a positive attitude to take over responsibilities
