The F Zeen Group are looking to add a professional and experienced person to our Human Resources Department. We are looking for someone that looks at this as a long-term career. The role will report directly to management.
The roles this job would include are:
- Interviewing and sourcing potential candidates
- Important input into the decision making process
- Weekly meetings with management to discuss staffing needs and any current issues
- Maintenance of the candidate and employee database
What skills and attributes we are looking for:
- Previous experience in a human resources role, in hospitality industry.
- A high level of spoken and written English
- Organised with attention to detail
- Familiar with HRMS
- Familiar with ATS
- Knowledge on Payroll will be an asset.
